Plastering in Attleborough: common questions
Can you skim over cracked plasterboard in a newer house?
Yes. Cracks along plasterboard joints are common as a newer house settles. We tape and fill them properly before skimming, so they are less likely to come back through the new finish.
Can you skim over an artex or textured ceiling?
Usually, if the ceiling is sound. We check it first and tell you if anything needs doing before we skim.
