Silicone Render

A full exterior upgrade of a two-storey detached house in Bunwell to replace aged masonry with a modern silicone render finish and improve weather protection.

Scope of Works

1. Substrate preparation – remove old render, clean and prime brick and block surfaces

2. Reinforcement mesh and base coat – embed fibreglass mesh into a cementitious coat for crack resistance

3. Silicone topcoat application – two coats of breathable silicone render in fine texture and specified colour

4. Detailing – neat treatment of corners, reveals and junctions for crisp, uniform lines

5. Site clearance and inspection – remove coverings, clear debris and walk through with client
