This initiative involved rendering a detached bungalow's exterior to enhance appearance and weather protection. The work encompassed substrate preparation, reinforcement mesh application with base coat, silicone topcoat in two layers featuring fine texture, detailed finishing at architectural transitions, and final site clearance. The K-Rend silicone system provides a durable, water-repellent exterior that allows vapour to escape while maintaining low maintenance requirements.
