The terms on which we provide quotes and carry out work.
These terms apply to quotations and work carried out by LDR Plastering & Rendering Specialists Ltd. By accepting a quotation you agree to these terms.
Quotations: all quotes are free and provided without obligation. A quotation is valid for 30 days and is based on the information and access available at the time of the visit. Any significant change to the scope of work may affect the price, which we will always discuss with you first.
Work and materials: we carry out all work to a professional standard using quality materials. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, for example our 30-year warranty on approved silicone render systems, the terms of that warranty apply in addition to these terms.
Payment: payment terms will be agreed before work begins and confirmed in your quotation. For larger projects a deposit or staged payments may be required.
Liability: we are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you have any concerns about completed work, please contact us at contact@plastering-rendering.co.uk and we will put things right.
