Silicone Render in Stowmarket

A full external refurbishment of a detached home in Stowmarket, replacing worn render with a modern silicone system to enhance weather protection and refresh the exterior. The project encompassed substrate preparation through final inspection, including removal of existing render, application of reinforcement mesh and base coat, silicone topcoat application in two coats, detailed finishing at architectural features, and client walkthrough. Materials used the K-Rend silicone render system with fibreglass reinforcement mesh per British Standards. The outcome delivered a durable, water-repellent façade with a 30-year system warranty.
