Scope of Works
Substrate preparation – remove old render, clean brick and block surfaces, apply primer
Reinforcement mesh and base coat – embed fibreglass mesh into a cementitious coat for crack resistance
Silicone topcoat application – two coats of K-Rend silicone render in fine texture and the specified colour
Detailing – neat finishing at corners, window reveals and junctions with adjacent materials
Completion – clear site, remove protective coverings and confirm uniform coverage with the client
