Scope of Works
Substrate preparation – remove old render, clean brick and blockwork and apply primer
Reinforcement mesh and base coat – embed fibreglass mesh into a cementitious coat for crack resistance
Silicone topcoat application – two coats of K-Rend silicone render in fine texture and the client’s selected shade
Detailing – crisp finishing at corners, window reveals and junctions with other materials
Site clearance and inspection – remove protective coverings, clear debris and confirm uniform coverage with the client
