This initiative involved refreshing exterior walls of a residential property through professional rendering application. The work encompassed five key phases: substrate preparation including removal of old render and application of primer; reinforcement mesh and base coat installation using fibreglass mesh embedded in cementitious material; silicone topcoat application in two layers with fine texture finishing; detailed work at corners and junctions; and final site clearance with client inspection.
