Silicone Render in Diss

This project involved applying a weather-resistant exterior finish to the porch and entrance bay of a detached residence. The work encompassed substrate preparation (removing old render and cleaning brickwork), installing fibreglass reinforcement mesh, and applying two coats of K-Rend silicone render in black. The outcome delivers a tough, water-repellent exterior that allows trapped vapour to escape with minimal maintenance requirements backed by a 30-year system warranty.
